Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, processing may take an additional 2-3 days. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.
  • Typical delivery times:
    • Domestic: 5 - 10 business days
    • Note: Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance.

Shipment Tracking:

  • A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped. Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • SkinSoSimple is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by your local government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • SkinSoSimple is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
