Return Policy
We’re happy to offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you’d like to return an item, please make your request within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items should be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item should remain in its original condition, unused, and include all tags and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, and we are unable to process returns due to a change of mind.

How to Start a Return
If you need to make a return, simply reach out to us at support@skinsosimple.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Kindly note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Please ensure that you contact us before sending any items, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your purchase qualified for free shipping and the return is not due to a defect or shipping error, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping fees waived under the free shipping offer. Please note that we cannot process refunds for refused shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away so we can make things right for you. If the item was damaged during shipping, we kindly ask that you keep the original packaging, packing materials, and the damaged item(s) for our review.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom or personalized products and opened skincare items. Sale items, purchases made during special promotions, and gift cards are also not eligible for returns or refunds. If you have questions about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the replacement.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Refunds will include the item cost and applicable sales tax. However, return shipping fees and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
